My Guest Blogger Today? Playwright Elena Hartwell

I first met Elena Hartwell at the 2012 Whidbey Island Writers Conference and we clicked right away. Elena and I were fortunate to have the organizers of this event team us with Elizabeth George for a fiction lecture. And, as things will go when you let God take the reins, the event turned out perfectly. Elena spoke about novel structure and offered incredible examples and insights. As it turned out, each of us worked similarly in the crafting of stories.
